CHAP. 15.— An act to remove the disabilities of Edward G. W. Butler, of Missouri.Mar. 2, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Edward G. W. Butler.Political disabilities removed. That all disabilities imposed upon and incurred by Edward G. W. Butler, of Missouri, by virtue of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution, be, and are hereby removed. Approved, March 2, 1886.
