CHAP. 149.— An Act for the relief of Albert C. Kelley.Feb. 19, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Albert C. Kelley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Albert C. Kelley, late a private in Company B, Fifth Regiment of Michigan Cavalry. Approved, February 19, 1887.
