CHAP. 147.— An Act for the relief of Lucy A. Washburn.Feb. 19, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucy A. Washburn.Pension. That the name of Lucy A. Washbnrn, widow of First Lieutenant Lon Washburn, late of Battery I, Sixteenth Regiment New York Artillery, be placed on the pension-roll subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 19, 1887.
