CHAP. 146.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Emily M. Swift, of Dexter, Michigan.Feb. 19, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emily M. Swift.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily M. Swift, of Dexter, Michigan, dependent mother of James C. Swift, late a lieutenant of Company B, First Regiment Alabama Union Cavalry. Approved, February 19, 1887.
