CHAP. 14.— An act to remove the disabilities of Alexander P. Stewart, of La Fayette County, Mississippi.Mar. 2, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Alexander P. Stewart.Political disabilities removed. That all disabilities imposed upon and incurred by Alexander P. Stewart, of La Fayette County, in the State of Mississippi, under the provisions of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed.
