CHAP. 138.— An act granting a pension to John Clark.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Clark.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll of the United States, the name of John Clark, late a private in Company D, Twenty-eighth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws.
