CHAP. 137.— An Act to authorize terms of the circuit court of the United States for the eastern judicial district of North Carolina at the city of Wilmington, in said district.Feb. 17, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Circuit court, eastern district North Carolina.Terms of.[R. S., sec. 658, p. 122](/us/rs/t/s658/p122).[R. S., sec. 572, p. 100](/us/rs/t/s572/p100). That terms of the circuit court of the United States for the eastern judicial district of the State of North Carolina shall be held at the city of Wilmington, in said district, at the times now fixed by law for holding the terms of the district court of the United States at said place.
Sec. 2. That this act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved, February 17, 1887.
