CHAP. 124.— An act for the relief of Newton O. Baker.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Newton O. Baker.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 698 FORTY-NINTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 124–129. 1886. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Newton O. Baker, of Lockport, New York, late of the Twenty-third Independent Battery New York Volunteers.
