CHAP. 115.— An Act granting a pension to William Conner.Feb. 4, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Conner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Conner, late a private in Company F, Seventy-second Regiment New York Volunteers. Approved, February 4, 1887.
