CHAP. 113.— An act granting a pension to William TurvilleMay 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wi11iam Turville.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the 696 FORTY-NINTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 113–118. 1886. pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Turville, late a private in Company H, Fifth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and that the pension be paid to his legally constituted guardian.
