CHAP. 112.— An act granting a pension to Walter S. Haynes.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Walter S. HaynesPension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Walter S. Haynes, late a private in Company F, Thirty-sixth Massachusetts Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
