CHAP. 102 An Act granting a pension to Joseph F. Kirkhart.Feb. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph F. Kirkhart.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the requirements and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph F. Kirkhart, late a private in Company E, One hundred and seventeenth Ohio Volunteers, second lieutenant of Company D, Fourth Independent Battalion Ohio Volunteers, and first lieutenant of Company A, Thirteenth Ohio Cavalry. Approved, February 3, 1887.
