CHAP. 95.— An Act or the relief of Major W. W. Frybarger.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Major W.W. Frybarger.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to put Major W. W. Frybarger, of Connersville, Indiana, on the pension-roll at the rate of forty dollars per month ; said pension to begin at the date of the approval of this act, and to be in lieu of all other pensions granted the said Frybarger. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
