CHAP. 91.— An Act restoring the name of Zelica T. Dunlap to the pension-roil.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Zelica T. Dunlap.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Zelica T. Dunlap, late widow of the late Lieutenant Colonel James E. Dunlap, of the Twenty-ninth Illinois Infantry, to be paid from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
