CHAP. 91.— An act to increase the pension of George J. Stannard, late a major-general of volunteers.June 12, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George J. Stannard.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of George J. Stannard, late brevet major-general of volunteers, and who now holds pension-certificate numbered seventy-nine thousand eight hundred and seventy-four to the sum of forty-eight dollars per mouth, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 12, 1884.
