CHAP. 90.— An act for the relief of I. L. BurchardJune 12, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,I. L. Burchard.Relief of. That the proper accounting officers of the Treasury, in the settlement of the accounts of I. L. Burchard, late Indian agent of Round Valley Indian Reservation, in the State of California, are hereby authorized to adjust and settle the same upon the principles of justice and equity, and to award him credit for disbursements honestly made, and for payments made in good faith where such payments have inured to the benefit of the Government or the Indians. Approved, June 12, 1884.
