CHAP. 9.— An Act to authorize the increase of the capital stock of the First National Bank of Omaha, Nebraska.Jan. 10, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,First National Bank of Omaha, Nebr., increase or capital stock authorized. That the First National Bank of Omaha, in the State of Nebraska, is hereby authorized to increase its capital stock, in accordance with existing laws, to any sum not exceeding two million dollars, notwithstanding the limit heretofore in its original articles of association, and determined by the Comptroller of the Currency; and the Comptroller of the Currency is hereby authorized to fix the limit of increase of the capital stock of the First National Bank of Omaha, Nebraska, at the amount of two million dollars.
