CHAP. 86.— An act authorizing the muster-in and discharge of Henry Z. BlinnJune 12, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Z. Blinn.Honorable discharge ;Proviso. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to so amend the rolls of Company A, Fifth Indiana Cavalry Volunteers, as to show Henry Z. Blinn a private in said Company from the fifth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, until the fifth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and to grant said Henry Z.
Blinn an honorable discharge, to date from October fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That said Henry Z. Blinn shall be considered as having been acting in obedience to orders and in the line of duty when wounded on the sixth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. Approved, June 12, 1884.
