CHAP. 8.— An act to fix the times for holding the terms of the Circuit and District Courts of the United States in the Northern District of IowaFeb. 23, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Iowa; terms of circuit and district courts for northern district of. That the sessions of the Circuit and District Courts of the United States in the Northern District of Iowa shall begin and be held as follows:
At Dubuque, on the First Tuesday in April and Third Tuesday in November of each year; at Fort Dodge, on the Third Tuesdays in January and June of each year; and at Sioux City, on the Second Tuesday of May and First Tuesday in October of each year. Sec. 2. That all acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith areRepeal. hereby repealed. Approved, February twenty third, 1884.
