CHAP. 76.— An Act for the relief of Mrs Jennie E. Johnson.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jennie E. Johnson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs Jennie E. Johnson, mother of Captain Charles P. Johnson, deceased, late a Captain on the retired-list of the Army of the United States, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
