CHAP. 74.— An Act increasing the pension of Ben Morgan.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ben Morgan.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Ben Morgan, late colonel of the Seventy-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, on the pension-roll at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of his pension of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
