CHAP. 70.— An act for the relief of N. C. Ridenour.June 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,N. C. Ridenour.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of N. C. Ridenour, late second lieutenant of Company F. Twenty-third Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, as such second lieutenant, the Secretary of the Interior to rate him in accordance with such rank; the increase of pension herein authorized to commence upon the passage of this act and be in lieu of all other pensions. Approved, June 3d, 1884.
