CHAP. 69.— An act to increase the pension of Alonzo B. Chatfield.June 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis Scott.Increase of pension. That the pension of Alonzo B. Chatfield, late of Company B, Thirty-third Regiment of Illinois Volunteer Infantry be re rated and included as equal disability with that class of pensioners who have lost an arm at or above the elbow, under an act of Congress entitled “An act to amend the pension laws by increasing the pensions of soldiers and sailors who have lost an arm or leg in the service, and for other purposes,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, such increase to date from the passage of this act.
