Murdaugh of VirginiaMarch 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two thirds of each House concurring therein)*W. H . Murdaugh.Removal of political disablities. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States be and the same are hereby, removed from W. H. Murdaugh of Virginia. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
