CHAP. 524.— An Act granting a pension to David Sears.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David Sears.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of David Sears, late a private in Company D, Eighty-first New York Volunteers, on the pension-roll of the United States, under the rules and regulations of the pension laws. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
