CHAP. 523.— An Act granting a pension to Albert Harper.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Albert Harper.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 704 laws, the name of Albert Harper, late of Company G, Ninth New York Heavy Artillery. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
