CHAP. 510.— An Act granting a pension to Captain Vincent Phelps.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Capt. Vincent Phelps.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name Vincent Phelps, late a captain and assistant quartermaster in the United States Army. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
