CHAP. 51.— An Act to reimburse Elizabeth Comstock customs dues paid by her on articles donated for the relief of colored emigrants.Feb. 6, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Comstock.Reimbursement to, of customs dues. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to reimburse Elizabeth Comstock, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum, not exceeding seven hundred and twenty-two dollars and seventy-eight cents, as she may show by satisfactory proof that she paid as customs dues on articles donated for the relief of colored emigrants.
