CHAP. 505.— An Act granting a pension to Richard W. Barnes.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard W. Barnes.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Richard W. Barnes, late a private in Company A, Eighth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, on the pension roll, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension now paid him. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
