Lockett, of Alabama.Jan. 31, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Samuel H. Lockett.Removal of political disabilities. That all political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States be, and the same are hereby, removed from Samuel H. Lockett, of Alabama. Approved, January 31st, 1884.
