CHAP. 495.— An Act granting a pension to Patrick Murphy.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Patrick Murphy.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roil, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Patrick Murphy,late a private in the Second Independent Battery Ohio Light Artillery. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
