CHAP. 481.— An Act granting a pension to Brevet Colonel C A Cilley, of North Carolina.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Brevet Colonel C. A. Cilley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place the name of C A, Cilley of North Carolina, late a major and assistant adjutant general of United States Volunteers and brevet colonel of United States Volunteers, on the .pension roll, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, Approved, March 3d, 1885.
