A. Cilley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place the name of C A, Cilley of North Carolina, late a major and assistant adjutant general of United States Volunteers and brevet colonel of United States Volunteers, on the .pension roll, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, Approved, March 3d, 1885.
