CHAP. 48.— An Act granting a pension to John Sweeney.Jan. 31, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Sweeney.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Sweeney, late a private in Company 0, Second Regiment New York Heavy Artillery. Approved, January 31st, 1885.
