CHAP. 48.— An act for the relief of the estates of James Vance and William Vance.May 13, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Vance.William Vance.Payment to legal representatives of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to the legal representatives of James Vance, deceased, and to the legal representatives of William Vance, deceased, the sum of five thousand five hundred dollars, in full payment for the use of buildings at San Antonio, Texas, between August fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and August twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six.
