CHAP. 464.— An Act for the relief of William D. Farnsworth.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William D. Farnsworth.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of William D. Farnsworth, dependent father of Edward Farnsworth, late of Company E, Twentieth Indiana Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
