CHAP. 457.— An Act for the relief of Daniel McAlpinMarch 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel McAlpin.Removal of charge of desertion.Pension. That the charge of desertion against Daniel McAlpin, sixteenth United States Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, be, and it is hereby, removed, Section 2. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll, subject to the rules and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel McAlpin, formerly of the Sixteenth United States Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, Approved, March 3d, 1885.
