CHAP. 443.— An Act for the relief of Nathaniel Pond, JrMarch 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nathaniel Pond.Pennon. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Nathaniel Pond, junior, now of Faribault, Minnesota, formerly a private soldier in Captain James Gray’s company of Vermont militia in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, under the name of Nathaniel Pond, junior, on the pension-rolls, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
