CHAP. 440.— An Act granting a pension to Jacob FunkhouserMarch 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jacob Funkhouser.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and instructed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jacob Funkhouser of the county of Preston, West Virginia, a private soldier of ihe war eighteen hundred and twelve, Approved, March 3d, 1885.
