CHAP. 438.— An Act granting a pension to James Stockton.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Stockton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of James Stockton, formerly of Company D, Thirty-first Regiment Missouri State Militia, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
