CHAP. 435.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph McIntosh,March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph McIntosh.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph McIntosh, late of the Thirty-ninth Illinois Volunteers (claim in Pension Office numbered thirteen hundred and forty-five), Approved, March 3d, 1885.
