CHAP. 428.— An Act for the relief of John Taylor and Son.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Taylor & Son.Payment to, for lumber used by army.Appropriation. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John Taylor and Son, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and forty-nine dollars and fifty cents, as full compensation for lumber used by the United States Army, as appears from evidence on file in the Third Auditor’s Office, United States Treasury Department, in claim numbered eight thousand two hundred and fifty-two.
