Huggins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mrs Lydia S Huggins, mother of Rufus A Huggins, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws Approved, March 3d, 1885.
