CHAP. 418.— An Act granting a pension to John Boyle.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Boyle.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of John Boyle, late a private in the Tenth Battery Indiana State Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. This act to take effect from and after its passage, Approved, March 3d, 1885.
