CHAP. 417.— An Act granting a pension to Creet H. Dougherty.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Creet H. Dougherty.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, anti he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, the name of Creet H. Dougherty, late of Company E, Tenth Regiment of Illinois Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3d, 1885.
