CHAP. 413.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs Emily L. AlvordMarch 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emily L. Alvord.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Emily L. Alvord, widow of Brigadier General Benjamin Alvord, deceased, late Paymaster General of the United States Army, and pay her a pension of fifty dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1885.
