CHAP. 41.— An Act extending the jurisdiction of justices of the peace in Wyoming Territory.Jan. 28, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jurisdiction of justices of the peace in Wyoming Territory limited. That justices of the peace in the Territory of Wyoming shall not have jurisdiction of any matter in controversy where the debt or sum claimed exceeds three hundred dollars; Sec. 2. That all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this enactmentAll laws conflicting herewith, repealed. be, and the same are hereby, repealed. Approved, January 28th, 1885.
