CHAP. 409.— An Act for the relief of Moses F. Carloton.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Moses F. Carleton.To be paid as second lieutenant. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Moses F. Carleton, late of Company I, Fourth Michigan infantry Volunteers the pay and allowances of a second lieutenant of Infantry from October twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, until June twelfth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, deducting therefrom the pay he received as sergeant of Infantry, Approved, March 3, 1885.
