CHAP. 404.— An Act for the relief of John W. Martin.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John W. Martin.Payment to, for postal services.Appropriation. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John W. Martin, of Brookhaven, Mississippi, the sum of seven hundred dollars, for services actually rendered as postmaster at Brookhaven, Mississippi, by authority of the military commandant, from July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to J uly, eighteen hundred and sixty-six. Approved, March 3, 1885.
