CHAP. 403.— An Act granting a pension to William H. WhitcombMarch 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. Whitcomb.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William H. Whitcomb, late a private in Company M, Fifth New York Cavalry. Approved, March 3, 1885.
