CHAP. 372.— An Act granting a pension to Benjamin F. Brockett.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin F. Brockett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized anti directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin F. Brockett, late a captain of Company I, Eighty-seventh Illinois Volunteer Infantry. Approved, March 3, 1885.
